This project is located in Seattle. A new home intentionally built to look old; the client had wanted a covered outdoor sitting space and updated garden. The white trim on the house and existing pergolas did nothing for the predominantly brick residence. The garden was old and tired looking.

The house trim, pergolas, new covered structure and stucco walls that support upper patios off the residence were all done in a dark warm black/brown. A new sunken garden sitting space with structure along with an extended auto court (large stone pavers), Iron Gate, custom pillars creating an outdoor foyer, Low volt lighting and new plantings were installed.
